We don't have any physical locations. Our online store is our showroom. By doing things online and shipping products directly from the manufacturer to our customers, we can offer a larger selection at affordable prices.

Yes. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make the changes before your order is processed and shipped. We do like to get your order processed quickly, so the sooner you contact us the better. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change your information. 

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Support team. In some cases, there may be a restocking or other related fee associated.

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

Seated Home is proud to service our fellow Canadians, and ships to all Canadian provinces. We do our best to ship to all areas across Canada, but due to the vast nature of our nation, some remote or isolated areas may be exempt to delivery due to a lack of accessibility, or will be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. If you have any concerns, please visit our shipping policy page or contact us so we can confirm that we can ship to your location.

In order to give you the best shipping times, the products ship directly from the manufacturer to you; rather than gathering all of the individual products from each manufacturer and then shipping them out together.

Seated Home does not manufacture products in-house but rather sources products from established brands, and brings them all to you in one convenient website! Since the products we feature are coming directly from each brand, your package may say it is from brands such as: Nicer Furniture, Abest Product Inc., Office Chairs Canada, Pink and Brown and more!

While many of our products are fully assembled, the ones that are not, are your responsibility to assemble. Please refer to any of the assembly instructions included with your order or may be available on the product page.
